Excursion Information
• Our school Athletics Carnival will be held at The Ridge Athletics Track on Friday 20 March 2026.
• Participation: The Athletics Carnival is a whole school event and all students are expected to attend. Attendance and participation at all major carnivals enables your child to have the opportunity to participate in Zone and Regional Athletics and represent the school in other school activities.
• Cost and Travel: Travel to and from the carnival will be with a parent or alternatively by bus organised by the school Please indicate Option A or Option B.
• Option A: No Cost for entry to Athletics Track. Your child will travel to and from the carnival with a parent.
• Option B: Cost is $15.00 for bus travel. Your child will travel to and from the carnival by school organised bus. They must be at school by 8.00am and will return to Gymea at approximately 2.30pm. Students must arrive at Gymea Technology High School on Friday 20 March at 8:00 AM and return to Gymea Technology High School at 2:30 PM.
• Please note that students are not permitted to ride their bike or e-bike to this activity.
• Accompanying staff are: All Staff
• Sport Uniform is to be worn to this excursion. Sun Protection should be worn, including Hats and Sunscreen.
