Year 8 students armour up for a medieval experience
Year 8 students enhanced their learning through an educational and interactive performance showcasing the history of Medieval Europe.
The Medieval performance covered a significant period of time including, the Fall of the Roman Empire, the birth of Islam, the Viking invasions, and the Battle of Hastings. During the performance students were chosen to immerse themselves in their learning which included armouring up as Normans and Saxons and participating in demonstrations of Medieval martial arts and period battle-field experiences.
