Excursion Information
• Your son/daughter has been selected in the GTHS Open Boys Touch Football Team. This team will be playing Round 1 in the Sydney East Touch Football Knockout against Caringbah High School on Tuesday 3 March 2026.
• This excursion has been planned to provide students with the opportunity to represent the school in the Sydney East Knockout competition.
• The Open Boys Touch Football Team will depart from Gymea Technology High School on Tuesday 3 March at 12:00 PM and return to Gymea train station at 3:00 PM on Tuesday 3 March, where they will be dismissed. Students will attend normal classes from Periods 1-3.
• Travel will be by Train. Students will walk with the supervising teacher to Gymea Train Station to travel to Caringbah High School. Students are not permitted to leave from the venue after the game. All students will travel back to Gymea train station and will be dismissed from there. Students are to bring an opal card with sufficient funds to cover the cost of train travel.

• Sport Uniform is to be worn to this excursion. A school touch football singlet will be provided to students on the day, which they will wear during the game.
