Excursion Information
• A selected group of Year 12 students will be going on an excursion on Tuesday 17th February 2026 to the UOW to participate in the UOW’s Discovery Day. The excursion has been planned to give students the opportunity to experience first hand what university is like for a day. Students will receive a personal timetable and attend lectures like a uni student that they have already selected to attend for the day.
• Year 12 will depart from Gymea Technology High School on Tuesday 17 February at 8:00 AM and return to Gymea Technology High School at 3:30 PM on Monday 17 February 2026.
• Travel will be by: Bus.
• Cost: FREE
• Students can bring their own food or purchase from the many food outlets on campus.
• Neat Casual with enclosed shoes is to be worn to this excursion.
