Excursion Information
• Selected students in Year 9/10 PASS and Year 12 Health & Movement Science will be involved in a unique and exciting opportunity to be involved as volunteers at the World Triathlon Championships, taking place at Lang Park and Wollongong Harbour on Friday 17 October 2025.
• This excursion has been offered to our school by event organisers to provide students with a once in a lifetime experience to be involved in a World Championship in our own state.
• Students will depart from Gymea Technology High School on Friday 17 October at 7:00 AM (arrive at 6:50AM SHARP) and return to Gymea Technology High School at 4:30 PM on Friday 17 October.
• Travel will be by Bus (the cost of the bus is covered by event organisers).
• Accompanying staff is: N. Breen
• Sport Uniform is to be worn to this excursion. Students will be provided with a free t-shirt, hat and lunch on the day. Students are to bring their own snacks.
