Excursion Information
Year 10 will be going on an excursion to Royal National Park on Friday 5 September 2025.
This excursion has been planned to supplement the following work being done in the classroom: Raise awareness of Australia’s threatened species and develop students knowledge and understanding of ecology and conservation in future Biology students.
Year 10 will depart from Gymea Technology High School on Friday 5 September at 8.45am and return to Gymea Technology High School by 3.10pm.
Travel will be by Private Vehicle to the National Park. Students will be visiting various sites in the National Park and the excursion will involve a walk to Winifred Falls (3km return) that includes some steep rocky sections.

Neat casual attire with enclosed shoes suitable or walking, is to be worn to this excursion. A backpack with water and food is recommended.
