This year, our Prefect Induction was held at the Year 11 end of year celebration assembly with their peers, parents and family proudly looking on. With Ms Heath leading students through the prefect pledge and our local state member for Miranda, Ms Eleni Petinos, presenting their badges, our new senior leaders were formally introduced into their new positions. This warm and intimate celebration was the perfect introduction into leadership for this wonderful group of aspiring students after being democratically elected by their peers and staff.

As they enter an important final year of high school, our new senior leaders look to inspire and increase activism in their school. As active school citizens with a voice to help shape a positive culture of the school, they are looking to inspire leaders across the school to connect students with a strong sense of pride and engagement.

They are determined to make a difference to our school and we look forward to seeing and talking about their future successes.
